Washdyke Estate Phase 2 consultation
Last year, we announced a proposal to empty and demolish up to 18 blocks on Immingham’s Washdyke Estate to create a cleared site for potential future development.
Splitting the consultation into two phases, residents of the nine blocks to the south of the estate were consulted with in 2016 – details of the outcome and more information are available here.
Now consultation has begun with residents in the nine blocks to the north of the estate: Bradley House, Habrough House, Hatcliffe House, Healing House, Humberston House, Irby House, Ravendale House, Waltham House and Wold Newton House.
All affected residents have been sent a letter and information detailing the proposal and how to provide feedback.
