Mystery shopping is an effective way to check the reality of the service we provide and our service standards. By becoming a mystery shopper you will be trained in how to evaluate our service. Mystery shoppers will visit, telephone, email and write to our offices and different departments to get information about the quality of the service we provide and make sure that our employees are delivering the customer service they are supposed to.
Mystery shoppers will test the standard of customer services and judge our performance against a set of service standards. The results will be used to help us continually improve our services. As a mystery shopper you will have an impact on the services we provide and your views will be listened to and acted upon.
