We are committed to involving residents in decision making so we can use your views and suggestions to shape our service. That’s why we are looking for people who care about local priorities and good service to become regulators leading us in the right direction.
Resident-led regulation means you have a recognised and influential role in assessing and influencing the performance, service delivery, plans and priorities for Shoreline. With support and training, regulators will help us improve services and become more accountable.
This is no ordinary opportunity. You will have direct access to our management team and make sure that residents’ priorities are recognised and high quality services are delivered.
You must be committed, self motivated, willing to work alongside others and be prepared to represent the best interests of our residents. You will need to dedicate about six hours a month attending meetings and getting to grips with a variety of issues. You will be prepared to discuss issues and ask difficult questions…..get the answers…..and make recommendations.
We will give you support, all the information you need and training to make sure you have all the necessary skills.
