We are currently in the process of recruiting additional members to our Resident Regulatory Panel.

As a regulator, you will have a recognised and influential role in assessing and influencing our service, performance, plans and priorities.

Regulators have a direct impact on the focus and priorities of Shoreline, making sure that value for money services are being delivered.

The regulators are supported by our customer engagement team who offer guidance on their responsibilities and training to make sure they have all the skills they need.

Here are some frequently asked questions about our panel.

So, what is resident-led regulation?
Resident-led regulation means you have a recognised and influential role in assessing and influencing the performance, service delivery, plans and priorities for Shoreline. With support and training, regulators will help us improve services and become more accountable.

But why should I be interested?
This is no ordinary opportunity. You will have direct access to our management team and make sure that residents' priorities are recognised and high quality services are delivered.

What will be expected of me?
You must be committed, self-motivated, willing to work alongside others and be prepared to represent the best interests of our residents. You will need to dedicate about six hours a month attending meetings and getting to grips with a variety of issues. You will be prepared to discuss issues and ask difficult questions…..get the answers…..and make recommendations.

We will give you support, all the information you need and training to make sure you have all the necessary skills.
