Working with you
We’ve been busy recruiting new scrutiny panel members over recent months and are pleased to say that we now have 13 volunteer members who are looking forward to their new role.
The panel have received independent expert training alongside commencing their first scrutiny review. The topics being reviewed are ‘reasons for tenancy terminations’ and ‘the mutual exchanges process’. This is an in-depth look at the services we provide, what works well and what needs improvement. The Panel will then make recommendations for change and present a report to our Board for consideration and decision.
This is just one method of involvement open to both tenants and residents of North East Lincolnshire – find out more and get involved.
We look forward to working with you to help shape Shoreline’s service delivery.
