New Laceby homes unveiled
Nine contemporary properties have been unveiled as part of our continued investment in new homes across the borough.
The nine homes located at Butt Lane in the popular village of Laceby are a mixture of affordable rental and popular part rent, part buy - shared ownership properties.
Working with North East Lincolnshire Council, it is our biggest single acquisition of adapted properties with five of the homes providing flexible accommodation for those requiring wheelchair access or support of an overnight carer.
The five spacious, adapted dormer bungalows have functional kitchens incorporating rise and fall worktops and lowered sinks to enable independence, self-sufficiency and accessibility.
The modern builds by Palmleaf architects and built by Lincolnshire construction company Snape include individual car parking spaces and gardens to the rear.
Shoreline home ownership manager Sarah Smaller said: “We’re really pleased to be able to offer more brand new affordable homes both for rent and shared ownership.
“The properties have been designed to help meet the housing demands of the local community and we’re especially delighted to be offering more high specification adapted properties.
“We can’t wait to welcome people to their new homes.”
The new rental properties will be advertised from Friday 15 September 2017 - on the choice based lettings system Home Choice Lincs
