Lucky Shoreline tenant Lee Frisby won £300 of Freshney Place vouchers by simply completing his resident census form.
Over 270 tenants have already completed their surveys, with forms being sent to all tenants in four staggered batches between September and the end of December 2011.
All completed forms will be entered in to a prize draw after each batch with a lucky tenant winning a prize worth up to £300.
The survey asks a range of questions about resident’s age, ethnic group, sexuality and disability as well as a section on financial inclusion. The information will be used to prepare for government welfare reforms and to plan services and ensure tenants are treated fairly.
