Services4.me.uk - a one-stop-shop online community directory for adult health, social care and voluntary sector services has gone live.
The Care Trust Plus Transforming Care Programme, have been developing a strategy to provide members of the public with universal access to information and advice services. This means that everyone should be able to find locally relevant, quality information and advice, so they can make choices and have more control over the care and support they need.
The website is accessible to everyone so you’ll be able to find information and advice about all adult social care, health care and voluntary and community sector services available in the local community.
You can search for information by postcode or key word, email a short list of service recommendations to friends or family; create a personal shopping basket of services, look at star ratings of services and facilities write personal reviews of the services you use and rate experiences.
Plus there’s a variety of social and health care leaflets and fact sheets available to download and much more.
