put into rhyme...a wee 'thank you' line...
Our tenancy support officer Andrew Gristwood received the following poem inside a thank you card from Mr and Mrs Wivell. So good we had to share it with you and our poetic response.
My husband who is self employed
Had an accident at work,
Forms sent to fill in from the DWP
Were driving us berserk,
An employee from Shoreline already in our home
Very kindly gave a man he knew a phone,
A knock on the door – enter Andrew Gristwood to our aide
The forms with him were easy, short work of them he made
Not once but twice Andrew’s help and advice
Saved us from despair
It’s good to know, when you don’t know,
Someone will be there
Thank you so much Andrew
The job you do is great
All that you have done for us
We really appreciate
Shoreline’s response:
