creating communities to be proud of

Questionnaires are being sent to nearly 3,000 Shoreline tenants this week as we begin our first resident census.
All tenants will be contacted in four staggered batches between now and the end of December 2011.
The survey asks a range of questions about your age, ethnic group, sexuality and disability as well as a section on financial inclusion. The information will be used to prepare for government welfare reforms and to plan services and ensure tenants are treated fairly.
Completing the census form will only take a few minutes.
It’s a good opportunity for you to update your details, to let us know if you have any special requirements and to tell us how satisfied you are with the services we provide.
We will also be using the information to prepare for the future, especially in light of the government’s welfare reforms and to make sure we provide you with the help, support and advice you need.
Please don’t think it’s just another form to fill in. We anticipate welfare changes are going to affect many of you and to be able to help we need to know who is going to be affected and when.
Please complete the form and return in the pre-paid envelope provided.
Completed surveys will be entered into draws to win prizes worth up to £300.
The information will remain confidential and will not be sold to third parties.
