creating communities to be proud of

A new neighbourhood office has opened its doors at Immingham Civic Centre in a bid to improve services, cut costs and provide value for money to Shoreline tenants.
The new office – officially opened by Immingham resident Enid Cragg - provides innovative self-serve payment kiosks, a free direct telephone connection to Shoreline’s own advisors as well as extended payment hours, from the current three days a week at the council office to the convenient availability of the new five day self-serve facility.

Neighbourhood officers will also use the base to hold a number of surgeries and drop-in sessions.
The move is part of cost saving initiatives being made at Shoreline offices following the termination of the service level agreement with North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) to provide customer access for enquiries about services provided by Shoreline.

The office is open - Monday - Thursday: 9am - 4.30pm, Friday: 9am - 4pm and Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays: closed.
"We need to make sure that we provide value for money but without inconveniencing our customers or reducing the service they receive.
"The new office ensures that residents have a free direct line to our own service and our own advisors, they can meet with their local neighbourhood officer should they need to and they can pay their rent locally - now over five days."
