residents delight at new communal room
Coffee and cake marked the official unveiling of a newly refurbished communal room at Matt Quinn sheltered scheme.
New décor, curtains, chairs and sofas brought a breath of fresh air to the shared area which provides a popular place for residents to enjoy bingo, meals and each others company.
Shoreline neighbourhood officer Jo Huggins said: “The residents are all extremely happy with the new furniture and can now enjoy proper coffee mornings with one another.”
