The rising price of metal, has led to an increased spate of thefts at empty properties over the last year, resulting in a repair bill of £63,000 in the last six months alone.
Not only does the theft of piping cost us money it can create dangerous situations including flooding and gas leaks.
We're re-letting properties quicker, we're securing empty homes and we're working with other organisations such as the police to cut the crime but we still need your help to prevent future incidents.
