We will directly provide a heating and hot water repair service as well as annual gas safety checks to tenants from 5.30pm on 1 April 2011.
Mears will continue to provide a repairs and maintenance service.
There will be no disruption to the service you receive and you can continue to report heating, hot water and gas repairs in the same way by telephoning 0845 849 2000 option 1 or using our online form.
All genuine employees will carry official identification cards bearing the Shoreline logo which they will show to you before entering your property.
Employees will be wearing blue uniforms which have the Shoreline logo on them and will have vehicles marked as ‘Shoreline Housing Partnership’.
