We’ve snapped up one of Freshney Green’s highly-anticipated, innovative apartment blocks.
Part-funded by the Homes and Communities Agency, this further investment increases our financial commitment to the major housing redevelopment by over £1 million.
The 15 modern, two-bedroom apartments at the heart of the neighbourhood will provide accessible housing for older people and those with a disability.
The spacious apartments take into account high-levels of energy efficiency and incorporate a range of user-friendly features including:

The first Shoreline tenants are expected to move into the apartments later this month.
Elsewhere, homes in the first two phases of the redevelopment are now occupied and we’re currently planning to move tenants into 11 more brand new homes by April 2011.
