a faster way to pay
Swanky self-serve payment kiosks have been installed at our public offices giving you a faster way to pay your rent.
The new allpay kiosks have been installed at:
- Our customer service centre, Osborne Street, Grimsby
- The multi-agency 'Make the Neighbourhood Better' Centre, Second Avenue, Nunsthorpe
- Immingham Civic Centre, Immingham
So you can pay your rent locally.
And our flagship Grimsby town centre office can now take cash payments through the self-serve facility.
Please note that you can no longer access Shoreline services or make payments from any North East Lincolnshire Council office and we will no longer provide cashiering services for North East Lincolnshire Council customers.
You can of course still continue to pay your rent through a number of existing methods including Direct Debit, telephone, online, text or at any PayPoint or Post Office in the UK.
