creating communities to be proud of

More used to creating communities to be proud of, we’ve created a workplace to be proud of as we receive our first award for looking after employees’ health.
We have been recognised by North East Lincolnshire’s Care Trust Plus, receiving a coveted bronze Healthy Workplace Award for our commitment to proactively improving employee health, finding ways to reduce stress and enhancing mental wellbeing.
Annual health awareness days, quiet rooms, health and fitness checks, alternative therapies, access to medical advice and a focus on eating well have all contributed to a healthy and positive workforce.
“We’ve worked really hard over the last few years to improve the health and wellbeing of our employees – and this award evidences how far we have come.
“We strive to improve the communities that we work in and provide an excellent customer service and it makes perfect sense that a happy and healthy workforce will be able to deliver on the promises we have made. Now we're all enthusiastically dedicated to working towards our Silver Award!”
“Shoreline are one of our local employers that recognise the business sense of creating healthier workplaces. We have enjoyed working in partnership with them and look forward to future initiatives as part of their ongoing commitment to the Healthy Workplace Award Scheme.”
We also promote national health awareness campaigns and work closely with partner organisations including Shaw Trust to offer placements within the organisation and Tukes who provide onsite catering and cleaning facilities.
