bogus caller alert
Please be on your guard against bogus callers posing as Shoreline employees or claiming to be carrying out work on our behalf.
All legitimate Shoreline employees and any contractors carrying out work for us will carry identification. Always check caller ID before letting anyone into your home.
Warmfront Ltd will shortly be starting insulation work to properties in Cleethorpes but tenants will be told in writing before the visit takes place and all Warmfront employees carry identification.
Do not be afraid to contact us to check on a caller if you have any doubts that they are genuine but make sure that you ring us on our main number 0845 849 2000 and not on any number that a caller may hand you. Shoreline employees and legitimate contractors will not mind you checking on them.
If you remain suspicious about a caller then let the police and Shoreline know. Ultimately, remember that if you are in doubt – keep them out.
