creating communities to be proud of

Young people of Immingham will be kept on the right track this half term when a Shoreline funded Motor Project takes off in Immingham.
From Monday February 18 to Friday February 22, 2008 young people will have free access to use electric go-karts between 10am and Noon and 1pm and 3pm.
The indoor inflatable go-kart arena will be based at the Immingham Leisure Centre.
It is the first of a series of Motor Project events to be carried out over the next three years at different locations across North East Lincolnshire.
The initiative is part of North East Lincolnshire Play 4 All – a wide programme of free activities for children and young people that will provide access to safe play right across the borough.
Play 4 all is part funded by BIG LOTTERY after a Play Strategy for the area had been developed by Shoreline regeneration officers and North East Lincolnshire Council’s Early Years directorate.
Shoreline regeneration officer Christina Letter said: “There is a lack of free quality play provision in North East Lincolnshire – this project as well as many other planned initiatives provides young people with somewhere to go and something to do it.”
