dad's club
Young people and their fathers can enjoy breakfast, crafts and activities at a new once a month Dad’s club on Grimsby’s Willows estate.
We have provided year long funding for the Saturday facility at the new Queensway Children’s Centre after residents asked for the provision of the project in the area.
“This is a fantastic facility for this neighbourhood - not only does it provide a safe and welcoming environment for dads and their children to spend quality time together but it also allows them to meet other parents and agencies who can offer support and advice.”

The club is open one Saturday a month from 10am – Noon.
Families can spend quality time together enjoying various activities in a safe and structured environment.
Advice on training, employment and benefits is also be available.
Early Years and the Children’s Centre team have worked closely with the parents, community and steering group to establish the club.
Plans are already in place for numerous future activities including a 12 week keep fit class for dads and their children in the New Year.
