The Chartered Institute of Housing Conference in Harrogate was the venue for the signing of the Yarborough regeneration scheme Development Agreement.
The agreement is one between developer Stamford Homes North, parent housebuilding company Galliford Try and housing association Shoreline Housing Partnership – who are working as partners to redevelop and breath new life into the Grimsby estate.
The document was signed by Stamford Homes North managing director Brendan Blythe, Galliford Try group affordable director Stephen Teagle, Shoreline Chair Andrew Almond-Bell and Shoreline chief executive Tony Bramley.
