creating communities to be proud of

Live music, street dancing and plenty of fun and games brought residents of Grimsby’s Yarborough estate together for a free family fun day on Saturday October 27, 2007.
Young people and their families enjoyed a jam packed day of activities to celebrate a half term of entertainment and games.
The week of free events was arranged by Shoreline and their partners Stamford Homes as they continue to undertake the multi-million pound transformation of the neighbourhood.
Over the next eight years the neighbourhood will be turned into a housing showpiece for the town including over 400 new homes with associated open space, play area and traffic calming measures.
Shoreline tenant and resident support officer Claire Tunstall said: “The day brought the whole community together. We’ve worked so closely with residents and they’ve had a real input in the redevelopment so far.
“It gave us the chance to celebrate the progress we have made, look towards the exciting future of this neighbourhood and simply have fun.”
