Shoreline has joined forces with Humberside Fire and Rescue to take part in this year’s ‘Ban the Pan’ campaign and it is even bigger and better than last year, with 500 free deep fat fryers to be given away.
Residents of North East Lincolnshire are being given the chance to exchange their old-fashioned chip pan for a safer deep fat fryer – for free.
Simply bring along your old chip pan and proof of your residency (either a rent card or utility bill) to:

The fryers will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis.
One deep fat fryer will be issued per household.
Residents must be willing to provide details of their address so that Humberside Fire and rescue can carry out a free home fire safety check.
