The Care Trust Plus is responsible for a combined health and social care budget of £270M for the 170,000 residents of the Immingham, Grimsby and Cleethorpes area. We fund the NHS services provided by your local hospital in Grimsby, mental health services and adult social care as well as more specialist services provided by hospitals outside of the immediate area and independent providers of social care. The Care Trust Plus also directly provides services such as health visiting, district nursing and leaning disability.
