Shoreline is committed to a comprehensive training and development programme to equip you with the skills necessary for you to deliver a high quality service.

To be supported when ill

You will have a ‘return to work’ interview with your supervisor/line manager following any period of sickness absence and referred for additional support during any long-term sickness.
