You will have regular progress review meetings and an annual appraisal with your line manager. You can also expect to be kept up to date with your job requirements. Managers will treat you with dignity and respect at all times.
To be trained and developed to meet the requirements of your post
Shoreline is committed to a comprehensive training and development programme to equip you with the skills necessary for you to deliver a high quality service.
You will have a ‘return to work’ interview with your supervisor/line manager following any period of sickness absence and referred for additional support during any long-term sickness.
