Joining forces
The Chartered Institute of Housing Conference in Harrogate was the venue for the signing of the Yarborough regeneration scheme Development Agreement.
The agreement is one between developer Stamford Homes North, parent housebuilding company Galliford Try and Shoreline – who are working together to transform the neighbourhood
Delegates attending the annual conference were also able to see for themselves the exciting plans for the new look development – which will become a modern housing showpiece for the town, with over 400 homes, open spaces and local facilities – through a series of displays and exhibition boards.
Dozens of residents and tenants have supported the proposals through a series of workshops, with a specially drawn up Master Plan incorporating a range of ideas put forward by them.
