Our Repair Desk operates during the hours of 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday and if your call is logged outside these hours it will be dealt with the next working day when our operatives will contact you to arrange an appointment to carry out required works

Emergency calls should be logged by calling 0845 849 2000 both during working hours and out-of-hours.
