your new rent statement

We have recently issued our new style rent statements to all tenants.

image of rent statement If you pay by Direct Debit and the payment was due on June 15, 2008 this payment was not included in your statement.

Although your statement was for the period Monday March 24 to Sunday June 15 because the 15 fell on a weekend day your Direct Debit could not be credited to your rent account until the following Monday, therefore missing the cut off point for the statements.

We apologise for any concerns that this has caused you and future statements will include a message should this occur again.
