Shoreline Property Services Limited (SPS) is the wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Shoreline Housing Partnership (SHP), providing maintenance and repair services for Shoreline Housing Partnership as well as outside agencies. There is a workforce of 110 with an annual turnover of £6m.
They have their own Board which consists of a Shoreline Housing Partnership Director, two Shoreline Housing Partnership Board members and two independent members. Whilst the Board is able to make decisions, these are ratified by the main Board, Shoreline Housing Partnership.

GEOFF DYSON - Chair
Geoff and his family moved to North East Lincolnshire in 1978 and until recently he was Managing Director of a local house building company.
Geoff is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a lifetime of passion for housing.
Geoff has joined the Board to share his knowledge and experience and believes he will be helping to provide an adequate supply of affordable quality homes for those in need in North East Lincolnshire
ENID CRAGG - Vice Chair and also SHP Board Member
Currently a Liberal Democrat Councillor for Immingham, a former Town Councillor and Mayor of Immingham, Enid moved to the area in 1967 and was employed before retirement as a Senior Purchasing Officer with a local chemical manufacturing company. Mother of two sons and grandmother of three girls, among Enid’s many interests in local government are the TARA’s in Immingham and The Immingham Partnership. She is also a governor at Immingham School. Enid is a member of the Human Resources and Governance, Operations and Finance Committees and is Chair of the SPS Board
PAUL WHITEHEAD – Director of Resources (SHP)
Paul is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He joined SHP as Director of Resources in January 2005 prior to transfer. He has worked in the Housing sector since 1992 and was previously Finance Director with two other Housing Associations. At Shoreline he has responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal Services and Business Support. As well as being a Board member for Shoreline property Services, he is on the Board of the North East Lincolnshire Community Mediation Service as Treasurer.
MURIEL BARKER
Muriel is the Labour member on the North East Lincolnshire Council, representing the East Marsh as a Community Councillor. Her interests throughout a long membership of the present and former Councils (over forty years) have always concerned families, children, adult education and jobs. Muriel is a governor of both Strands and Weelsby Primary schools and taught at various primary and junior schools in Grimsby and Cleethorpes until retirement from the Grange Junior School some years ago.
Past enterprises have concerned the Adventure Playground in Armstrong Street (now the site of the new Shoreline Offices), studies in adult literacy and middle school management, which resulted in a Master’s Degree from Hull University, membership of Yorkshire Forward and latterly membership of the EU Committee of the Regions and the Council of Europe Congress.
JOHN NORTH – Independent Member
John has recently retired and though his working years has gained a lot of knowledge and experience with various industries in both Executive and Board positions.
John is now in a position to use his skills and knowledge to help Shoreline Property Services progress with its future development. His hobbies include reading, gardening and watching his favourite sport, football!
