PAULINE TINSLEY
Pauline was involved in social housing as a volunteer for three years when she served on the North East Lincolnshire Borough Wide Tenants’ Assembly. She has been involved in all aspects of housing from repairs and maintenance to policy development. In 2002 she obtained her National Certificate in Tenant Participation and she has brought these skills and knowledge to the Shoreline Board. Pauline is a member of the Operations, Finance and Audit and Risk Committees.
DAVID WILKINS (vice-chair)
David was the Chair of Yarborough Tenants’ Compact group from 2003 2006. He is also the original representative for the Yarborough on the Borough-Wide Tenants Assembly and in this role he was part of the team who successfully negotiated the Yarborough Estate’s football pitch. He is also actively engaged with the Drug Action and Community Youth Programme. David is a national advisor to Trafordhall, the national training resource centre for Tenant training and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. David is Vice Chair of the Shoreline Board and a member of the Operations, Audit and Risk and Human Resources & Governance Committees.
