We are looking for non-executive directors to join our Board and help us achieve greater success. We are looking for people who share our values and passion for customer service and the determination to create communities to be proud of. Preference will be given to someone who can make a contribution at strategic level with a range of skills particularly in finance and risk management, although not essential. These positions require commitment to prepare for and attend approximately 12 meetings a year.
This is an opportunity for you to volunteer your skills to help build an organisation fit for the future. We aim to consistently deliver the highest quality services to our residents and ensure the people who live in our homes and use our services are meaningfully engaged in decision making.
All members have vital roles for the future success of the organisation and we are determined to find the right person to share and shape our vision, with the skills, experience and personal qualities to take the lead in making that vision a reality. Full training and support will be provided in the role.
