You may be aware that recently Shoreline Housing Partnership received a 1 star rating, in a scale of 0-3 stars, with. uncertain prospects for improvement following an inspection from the Audit Commission. This has been a time of genuine reflection by employees and the Board and our plans are well underway to ensure improvements to our services.
We have clear and ambitious aspirations to build an organisation fit for the future, capable of always delivering the highest quality services to our residents, with the mechanisms in place to ensure the people who live in our homes and use our services are meaningfully engaged in decision making. You will need to have an infectious passion for our aspirations and the determination to create communities to be proud of.
