Our centre is conveniently located next to the bus stop in Osborne Street and is within a couple of minutes walk from Freshney Place shopping centre, the railway station and the bus station. It has these customer-friendly features:
- private interview rooms for handling sensitive issues
- a comfortable waiting area designed with families in mind
- an automatic door, low-level desks and a wide entrance means that wheelchair users and those with mobility problems can easily enter the shop. Induction loops have also been fitted to make sure all our customers can be served in the maximum of comfort
- an audio/visual queue system so you are served quickly and fairly
- appointment setting to meet with an advisor.
