Each year we publish an annual report to let you know how we performed during the last financial year against the standards agreed with you. It also includes an overview of our year, outlining the challenges we’ve faced, our performance and Shoreline’s official financial summary.
Our satisfaction survey report focuses on two key areas of customer satisfaction. Performance against the STAR (survey of tenants and residents) survey which is sent to a selected number of customers each month, regardless of whether they had any recent contact with us, and our service specific transactional surveys, which are conducted after we have provided a service to our customers, for example, after we have carried out a repair or let a home.
Our complaints report provides information on the complaints we received during 2015/16 which includes their number, nature and outcome. It also includes information on how we are using complaints to improve services.
